How a deal works

Three phases and nine stages, the same for every deal, by road or by air. The producer stays anonymous until you are registered with them, so nobody gets around anybody.

  1. Meet

    You taste the samples and register with the producer, who is then named to you. You can then see their site in Armenia, with the desk or through it.

  2. Contract

    You sign directly with the producer: price, FCA Yerevan, payment terms. The desk is a broker and never buys the goods. Before departure, each lot is analysed, inspected and its EU file assembled. Transport insurance is yours from Yerevan: the desk points you to insurers and is not paid by them.

  3. Deliver

    Your carrier loads in Yerevan, by truck or by air. For fresh goods the temperature is logged for the whole journey. On arrival you check the goods with the desk and note any reservation with the carrier.
