Controller
- Trade name
- Mouradian & Co, Sole trader (raison individuelle) under Swiss law
- Seat
- Saint-Sulpice (VD), Switzerland
- Address

What is collected
Only what you send, and the technical data any website receives. There is no account and no newsletter.
- A sample request (form, JSON API or MCP): company, contact name, e-mail, country, type of buyer, products, volume and your message.
- A call request: the same, plus your phone number, the day, time and language you choose for the call.
- Every visit: the host records the IP address, the date, the page asked for and the browser, in its technical logs.
Why
To answer your request: call you, send samples, prepare an offer and, if you go ahead, run the file with the producer.
To run and protect the site: the host's logs serve to deliver the pages and to detect abuse.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b)) for your request; the desk's legitimate interest in running a secure site (art. 6(1)(f)) for the logs.
Under the FADP: the data is processed only for the purpose stated when it is collected, and in proportion to it.
Providers
The providers that process data for the desk, as the site's code uses them.
Vercel Inc.
Where: United States
Hosts the site and runs its forms and API.
Receives: Every request to the site, including the content of the forms, and the technical logs.
Resend
Where: United States
Delivers your sample or call request to the desk by e-mail.
Receives: The content of your request and your e-mail address.
Supabase
Stores the guides the site publishes.
Receives: Nothing about you: the site only reads the guides from it.
Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU
Vercel and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers to them rely on the safeguards each provider offers: its certification under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where it holds one, otherwise the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and the European Commission.
How long it is kept
- A request with no follow-up: deleted 12 months after the last exchange.
- A request that leads to a deal: kept with the deal's business records for 10 years, as Swiss law requires (Code of Obligations, art. 958f).
- The host's technical logs: for the short period Vercel sets.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to or restrict its processing. Under the GDPR you may also ask for a copy in a portable format. The desk answers within 30 days.
You may also complain to the FDPIC in Switzerland or to the data protection authority of your EU country.
