Phytosanitary certificate

The official certificate of the exporting country's plant protection service, stating that a consignment of plants has been inspected and meets the EU's plant-health requirements. For cut roses from Armenia, it travels with every consignment, and the consignment passes a plant-health check at the EU border control post of entry (Regulations (EU) 2016/2031 and 2019/2072).
