FCA (Incoterms 2020)
Also called: Free Carrier
The International Chamber of Commerce's Incoterms 2020 rule for handing goods to the buyer's chosen carrier. The seller clears the goods for export and hands them to the carrier the buyer has chosen, at the agreed place. From that handover, the main carriage and the risk pass to the buyer. If the handover takes place at the seller's premises, the seller loads the vehicle.
