Pre-shipment inspection

The check of a lot ready to leave by an independent third party: quantity, conformity with the technical sheet, packing, marking, and where needed sampling for the laboratory. The report is dated and describes what was seen. Every shipment of a desk deal is inspected before departure by an independent third party the desk appoints; the cost is set in the contract.
