Invoice declaration of origin (REX)
Also called: Registered exporter, REX system
A statement in which the exporter itself declares, on its invoice, the origin of the product. Any exporter may make it up to €6,000 per consignment; an exporter registered in the REX system may make it with no value ceiling. In Armenia, REX registration is done once, free of charge, with the Ministry of Economy.
