EUR.1 certificate
Also called: EUR.1 movement certificate
A certificate of preferential origin issued by the competent authority of the exporting country, at the exporter's request. For an Armenian product, it provides access to the 0% rate under Regulation (EU) 2026/2269; its box 7 reads « Autonomous trade measures ». The identity of the Armenian authority notified to issue the EUR.1 under this regulation has not yet been published.
