Regulation (EU) 2026/2269

The regulation of 7 October 2026 that suspends ad valorem customs duties on products originating in Armenia listed in its Annex I, from 10 October 2026 to 11 October 2028. It takes over, with adjustments, the product list of the former GSP+, which Armenia left on 1 January 2022. Eight tariff lines, mainly fresh fruit and vegetables, enter duty-free only within a quota; wine is excluded.
